Nicole practices primarily in the areas of plaintiff personal injury and commercial litigation, with a focus on a client-centered approach to resolving disputes. Nicole has successfully represented clients in all levels of court in British Columbia.
Nicole has a Broadcast Communications diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in History (with distinction) from Vancouver Island University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. During law school, Nicole was recognized for her skill in client consultations where she and her teammate placed first over 192 teams across North America. Nicole was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2009.
Nicole is the Nanaimo County Provincial Council representative for the Canadian Bar Association, as well as a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the Canadian Client Consultation Committee. Nicole also is a board director of the Nanaimo Child Development Centre.
