Jennifer Millbank focuses her litigation practice on commercial and employment litigation. She is also experienced in the area of administrative law and has been counsel on a number of judicial reviews.
She is experienced trial counsel and has successfully argued matters before the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal, and a number of administrative tribunals. She has acted for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
Jennifer completed her BA (honours) in Political Science at the University of Victoria in 1997. She subsequently graduated from the University of Victoria Law School in 2001 where she was the recipient of numerous scholarships and awards. Jennifer moved to her husband’s hometown of Nanaimo from Vancouver in 2005.
She is one of the inaugural Associates of UVic’s Environmental Law Centre Associates program which is a network of environmental lawyers across B.C. She was an elected municipal councillor for the District of Lantzville from 2011-2015.
