Sarah Beth Hutchison, MB
Sarah Beth originally hails from Calgary, but moved to Vancouver Island to attend the University of Victoria. She first earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, and then her Juris Doctor. During her undergraduate education she focused a portion of her studies on military families in the context of the 20th century Canadian military. She continues to have a strong interest in history. In her time at law school, Sarah Beth was active as the Finance Director of the Legal Information Clinic, a student run community organization which provides free legal information to members of the public. In 2013, Sarah Beth was decorated with the Medal of Bravery for her participation in a river rescue in Manitoba in 2010.
Sarah Beth completed her articles with Ramsay Lampman Rhodes and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2014. She works out of the Port Alberni office of Ramsay Lampman Rhodes. She is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of British Columbia. Sarah Beth has represented clients at the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and is excited to continue to represent clients in the Port Alberni and Central Vancouver Island areas.
